Who can access Health Hub?
If you are a registered member of the Global Challenge, you will be able to access Health Hub for the entire duration of your membership (12 months). You will need to log in to your Global Challenge account using your registered email address and the password you created when you activated your account.
When can I access Health Hub?
Health Hub is accessible all year round! As soon as you log in, you will be able to access Health Hub via the website and app.
Where can I find Health Hub?
If you are logged in via the website, you can find the Health Hub tab on the navigation bar, which is located at the top of the page.
If you are using the app, simply click on the menu on the top-left corner and select ‘Health Hub’ from the menu (Health Hub will be available on the apps soon!).
Will I be notified when new content is available on Health Hub?
If you would like to keep up-to-date with Health Hub, all you need to do is opt-in to receive emails and keep a look out for updates! We’ll aim to provide a number of new articles/videos/audios each week.
To check if you are opted-in to receive emails, please visit your Profile Settings and scroll down to the section called "Stay Up To Date"
