Not seeing your steps on the Step Entry page?

Did you try to sync your steps on your Step Entry page?

If your device is connected to your account, head to your Step Entry page to sync your steps. If you have a step count saved to your fitness tracker account, it should show on your Step Entry page automatically.

Once you sync your steps, add other activities if applicable and click Submit and Confirm to save your steps to your Global Challenge account. Once saved, you will see your data on your My Stats page (or your Step Entry page, post 100 Day Journey).

Did you connect your device less than 60 minutes ago?

If it's the first time you've connected your fitness tracker to your Global Challenge account, it can take 24 hours before your steps will be available on the Global Challenge platform.

Synchronizing your steps will usually take only minutes, however it can take up to 60 minutes.

Is step entry open?

Ensure that step entry is open for the day you wish to sync for on your 'Step Entry' page. Remember, you cannot sync for the current day, or days you've already saved a step count for.

Do you have steps saved in your fitness tracker account?

Log in to your fitness tracker account and check that you have a step count saved to the day you wish to sync for.
