What is the Lifestyle Score?

Your Lifestyle Score helps you understand how the day-to-day choices you make around food, sleep and activity measure up. It is based on proven scientific medical recommendations from around the world and has been endorsed by a team of medical and scientific experts.

The Lifestyle Score is made up of the following categories:

  • Physical activity – the Lifestyle score rewards you for being active
  • Nutrition – the Lifestyle Score rates your decisions around Nutrition against proven scientific and medical recommendations
  • Mental health – the Lifestyle Score rates your decisions around sleep and stress against proven scientific and medical recommendations
  • Smoking – smoking has a negative impact on your Lifestyle Score
