How does Sleep work?

Via the website – no device

      1. Take the short sleep survey and receive your individual survey results
      2. Set your Sleep goal for the week
      3. Review your Sleep Routine and target bedtime
      4. Read your sleep tips to help you get a good night’s sleep
      5. Log in the next day to enter your sleep duration and receive more hints and tips on how to optimize your sleep
      6. Continue logging your sleep to build a clear picture of your sleep patterns over the four weeks of Sleep

Via the website – device

      1. Make sure your sleep tracking device is already connected with Global Challenge.
      2. Take the short sleep survey and receive your individual survey results
      3. Set your Sleep goal for the week
      4. Review your Sleep Routine and target bedtime
      5. Read your sleep tips to help you get a good night’s sleep
      6. Log in the next day and sync your sleep data from your device and receive more hints and tips on how to optimize your sleep
      7. Continue logging your sleep to build a clear picture of your sleep patterns over the four weeks of Sleep

Via the mobile app

      1. For iPhone and Android™, ensure you have the latest version of the Global Challenge app on your device
      2. Take the short sleep survey and receive your individual survey results
      3. Set your goal sleep duration
      4. Review your Sleep routine and target bedtime
      5. Calibrate your phone by following the instructions on screen
      6. Ensure your phone is plugged in to charge – if you don’t plug your phone in, your battery may run-down, resulting in your alarm not going off
      7. Tap, ‘Track your sleep’, confirm or edit your alarm time and then tap ‘Start tracking’

See your improvement as you also learn how to beat ‘sleep stealers’. These are common factors often within your control that can negatively affect your sleep.

As you progress through Sleep, your personalized sleep routine will provide an easy-to-follow schedule that lets you set reminders to help you sleep well and wake up refreshed each day.
