Once your starter kit has been dispatched, your Team Captain (or Area Manager or Organization manager if your kit is being sent centrally) will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not have your devices for the beginning of the Challenge, your teams will not be disadvantaged in any way. Until your starter kit arrives, you are allowed to allocate yourselves (i.e. each individual team member) 14,413 steps for each day you are without a device, You can do this by going to the ‘Step entry’ page and entering 14,413 in the steps field. This number was the average amount of steps achieved by last year’s members.
Don't forget, we also have a range of Fitbit, Garmin, Misfit and Microsoft band trackers that can be connected to your account through the Global Challenge website, see here. The Apple HealthKit can also be connected through the app, see here.
If you have not received your starter kit and the delivery time-frame is exceeded since your Team Captain, Area Manager or Organization Manager received the tracking notification email, please ask your Team Captain to contact Customer Support.
