When will teams receive their devices?

Once teams have been confirmed, each team's registered delivery details are automatically transferred onto our distribution lists.

Distribution takes place during the 2 months prior to the start of the 100 Day Journey to ensure all teams have their devices in time.

Upon dispatch, the team's addressee will receive a notification email from one of our distribution partners with a tracking number and an estimated time of delivery. Teams should register as early as possible to guarantee that they receive their items before the start of the event.

We pride ourselves on delivering your devices within the standard delivery time-frames below, excluding customs clearance, once an invoice has been generated or payment has been made.

United Kingdom – allow 2 business days for delivery
USA – allow up to 5 business days for delivery
Canada – allow up to 7 business days for delivery
Australia – allow up to 6 business days for delivery
Europe – allow up to 5 business days for delivery
Asia – allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery
South Pacific – allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery
South America – allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery
Africa – allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery
Other – allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery

Organization Managers may also choose for devices to be delivered centrally, or to their Area Managers for local distribution.

Note: For organizations not commencing the 100 Day Journey on the main May global start date, the above information may not apply. Please discuss your tailored distribution plan with your Account Manager.
