During the Hydration Challenge, you will be encouraged to track your water intake so that you are more aware of how much you drink and how much you need to feel fully hydrated. You’ll get to know the signs of dehydration and the benefits of being hydrated!
- You can enter your water consumption as the day progresses, however please note that you cannot enter this for retrospective days.
- The default daily intake target is 8 glasses, however you’re more than welcome to adjust the target to fit your personal circumstances.
- You can set up reminders via your phone to drink more and will also be alerted with different informative tips.
- This Flexible Challenge is only available via the Global Challenge app and not the website (make sure you have the latest version downloaded).
