I'm participating in the Global Challenge in May 2020 - when will I receive my device?

We understand how important it is for our members to receive their activity trackers on time. Please be advised that due to Covid-19, we are experiencing delays with deliveries. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time.

Our mail carriers are working under your local authorities’ restrictions and conditions. If you know you’re in a restricted delivery zone, it’s likely we know too and are holding the delivery of your pack until it’s safe to do so. 

In the meantime, please feel free to explore our FAQ page for a list of compatible activity trackers. If you own one of these trackers, you can connect it to your Global Challenge account.

Don't have a tracker? That's OK! You can manually enter the 2019 daily global average of 14,775, or your own step average, until your activity tracker arrives.
