What is the difference between each level of running?

You spoke, and we listened! A running conversion is now available! The table below outlines the different levels of running that you can record in your Global Challenge account. We recommend using this chart as a guide when entering your running activity in the Step Entry page.

Remember, anything that seems excessive or superhuman can be flagged with Global Challenge headquarters. At the very least, you must meet the minimum requirements of running (i.e. low effort) to be able to use the running conversion.
