Your Lifestyle Score takes into account your daily step entries throughout the 100 Day Journey. Your Lifestyle Score points for Physical activity are calculated based on your last 30 step entries. So, if your recent step average has gone down, your score may decrease. To ensure that this heads back in the right direction, keep finding ways to get as many steps into your day as possible.
Also, if you’re not regularly entering your steps, you may start to see your Lifestyle Score go down. Choosing to add regular physical activity into your day is an important lifestyle choice which is rewarded with more points on your Lifestyle Score. Update your step entries here and you should see your score bounce back.
