There are a couple of reasons why you might be receiving too many speed checks:
- An incorrect step count is entered - there is an opportunity to correct this when you receive the speed check.
- Step counts for multiple days are being entered for one day – again, this can be corrected when you receive the speed check.
- Your step count is continuously increasing as a result of frequent activity – This is fantastic! Just make sure you are including as many of the following details as possible when you receive a speed check so we can adjust step count benchmarks accordingly.
- Distance, duration, type of activity, step break-downs and/or links to any fitness tracking apps/devices (e.g. Strava).
