This year’s partnership with UNICEF will support specific projects in Cambodia and Zimbabwe and focus on WASH, namely water, sanitation and hygiene, in schools in both locations. Many children in these locations simply do not have access to safe water and sanitation which leads to poor health. School sites are significant as community hubs where good hygiene practices can be adopted by school children who then become agents of change in their broader communities.
During the 100 day journey participants will pass through some UNICEF Make-a-Difference locations providing insight into the lives of the children and communities we are supporting. A UNICEF virtual trophy will awarded to participants upon making a donation to the campaign.
