The 100-day period isn’t a randomly selected number, it’s actually the length of time needed to make significant biomedical improvements to blood pressure, weight, cholesterol and lifestyle related improvements to sleep, fitness and stress adaption.
Changing behaviours takes time. Different people take different lengths of time to form new habits and the virtual journey lasts 100 days to give everyone a chance to form positive new habits which will stay with them for life!
