Your device data will synchronise with the Global Challenge platform only when you opt to connect your device with the website and only where the device tracks data which can be synchronised with the program (i.e. if your device doesn’t track sleep, we can’t synchronise sleep data from that device). We currently support activity (steps) and sleep tracking.
It can take up to 60 minutes for your data to sync with the Global Challenge site.
If you disconnect your fitness tracker from the Global Challenge platform at any stage of the Journey, please note that it can take 5-10 minutes before you will be able to reconnect your fitness tracker.
