The Heart Age Score may only be applied to individuals without a history of heart attack, stroke or symptoms of any cardiovascular disease. Even a low Heart Age Score should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you're free from risk of developing a coronary heart disease or do not need to follow a healthy lifestyle, including healthy diet and exercise. Existing risk factors should always be considered for treatment, relying on professional support (e.g. physicians).
If you’re not able to enter much information, we will extrapolate averages from the PROCAM cohort. However, individual risk factors may differ substantially from data of the PROCAM cohort. Therefore it is expressly recommended to provide all required risk factor information to improve accuracy of the Heart Age Score.
