What should I do if my Starter Kits haven't arrived by the start of the 100 Day Journey?

Once your starter kit has been dispatched, your Team Captain (or Area Manager or Organisation manager if your kit is being sent centrally) will receive an email with a tracking number. From the date they receive this email, the starter kit/s should arrive within the delivery time-frames outlined below:

United Kingdom – allow 2 business days for delivery
USA – allow up to 5 business days for delivery
Canada – allow up to 7 business days for delivery
Australia – allow up to 6 business days for delivery
Europe – allow up to 5 business days for delivery
Asia – allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery
South Pacific – allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery
South America – allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery
Africa – allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery
Other – allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery

If you do not have your Pulses for the beginning of the Challenge, your teams will not be disadvantaged in any way. Until your starter kit arrives, you are allowed to allocate yourselves (i.e. each individual team member) 12,701 steps for each day you are without a Pulse, You can do this by going to the ‘Step entry’ page and entering 12,701 in the steps field. This number was the average amount of steps achieved by last year’s members.

If you have not received your starter kit and the delivery time-frame is exceeded since your Team Captain, Area Manager or Organisation Manager received the tracking notification email, please ask your Team Captain to contact Customer Support.
