Why are some of my team members showing as 'inactive'?

If one of your team members has a red dot next to their name this just means that they haven’t yet activated their Global Challenge account.  They can do this by clicking the link in their welcome email and setting up a password.  If they haven’t received the welcome email, please check that their email address has been registered correctly by going to the ‘manage teams’ page.  Once this has been checked and amended as necessary, you can resend the welcome email from the dashboard. 

Emails from the Global Challenge will be sent from no_reply@virginpulse.com and noreply.email@virginpulse.com – please ensure these email addresses are trusted and listed as a safe recipient to ensure they're not incorrectly labelled as SPAM.
