As Nutrition is about making small adjustments that lead to a permanent change in your relationship with physical activity and eating, we don’t provide restrictive diets or regimes. These are often hard to stick to and whilst they may help you to lose weight in the short-term, they won’t improve your long-term relationship with food. Instead of meal plans, we will be providing the Food Calculator in your Toolkit from Day 22 to help you connect the dots between what you’re eating and how much activity you’re doing.
