The Sleep module is designed to help employees measure and understand their sleeping patterns and how their quality of sleep affects their lives ‒ from their mood and stress levels, to their productivity and ability to focus.
Sleep will provide a platform to measure the quality and quantity of sleep. Members will develop a motivation to change, to set goals and improve their current sleep behaviours.
Sleep will provide a tailored sleep timetable and targeted educational themes around; bedroom hygiene, developing a good routine, and nutrition factors that can affect sleep, such as caffeine and alcohol intake.
App users will also benefit from, ‘wind down/go to bed’ notifications, a wake up alarm, and a built-in sleep quality tracker.
