To ensure everyone within your organisation is able to benefit from the best possible website experience, it is important to have your IT department look at our system requirements before the Challenge starts. Below are the requirements to ensure you get the best user experience from the site and that you receive all our important email communications.
Everyone registered in the challenge will receive emails from the following email addresses:
Please ensure these email addresses are trusted and listed as a safe recipient to ensure they're not regarded as SPAM.
IP addresses which should be allowed / white-listed to receive our email communications, including activation emails and ongoing challenge communications throughout the event, are as follows:
Please allow / whitelist the following domains for email communication:
The challenge is web-based and all members will require a web browser to access the site.
The site is optimised for the latest major releases of the following browsers on a rolling basis:
- Internet Explorer
- Google Chrome
- Safari (macOS)
*We only support the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE11). We do not support IE7 - IE10.
We don’t test other browsers, such as Opera, SeaMonkey, Konqueror, etc., and nor can we guarantee site performance or user experience with older versions of other browsers (e.g. older versions of Firefox, Safari, and Chrome).
Because of differences in behaviour and support offered by each browser, you may find page layouts or minor functional differences when using the site in different browsers.
*We support TLS 1.2 and above only.
Multimedia (Audio & Video)
HTML5 video and audio players are now used for multimedia content on Virgin Pulse - Global Challenge websites. Please read our “Supported Browsers” (see above) for a list of compatible web browsers.
Must be enabled within your browser to ensure correct functionality of the website.
Browser / screen resolution
We support a range of browsers and screen resolutions and, where possible, provide a fully responsive web layout which will resize and optimise content and layout to suit whichever device you may use to access the site (e.g. smartphone, tablet, and desktop computer). For the Challenge component of the event, we recommend a resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels to enjoy an optimal experience. We will also provide a responsive mobile version of the website suitable for web browsers running on handheld devices with smaller screens, in addition to dedicated iPhone® and Android™ apps.
Please ensure that the following websites are non-blocked / trusted sites within your company. This is very worthwhile if your organisation has any type of corporate firewall policy:
Unblocking the following domains is strongly recommended. Blocking them may result in reduced or degraded device integration, video, or sharing functionality for members taking part in the Global Challenge in your organisation:
