Below are the requirements to ensure you get the best user experience from the site and that you receive all our important email communications.

The challenge is web-based and all members will require a web browser to access the site.
The site is optimised for the latest major releases of the following browsers on a rolling basis:

*We only support the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE11+, Edge). We do not support IE7 - IE10.
We don’t test other browsers, such as Opera, SeaMonkey, Konqueror, etc., and nor can we guarantee site performance or user experience with older versions of other browsers (e.g. older versions of Firefox, Safari, and Chrome).
Because of differences in behaviour and support offered by each browser, you may find page layouts or minor functional differences when using the site in different browsers.
Multimedia (Audio & Video)
HTML5 video and audio players are now used for multimedia content on Virgin Pulse - Global Challenge websites. Please read our “Supported Browsers” (see above) for a list of compatible web browsers.

Browser / screen resolution
We support a range of browsers and screen resolutions and, where possible, provide a fully responsive web layout which will resize and optimise content and layout to suit whichever device you may use to access the site (e.g. smartphone, tablet, and desktop computer). For the Challenge component of the event, we recommend a resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels to enjoy an optimal experience. We will also provide a responsive mobile version of the website suitable for web browsers running on handheld devices with smaller screens, in addition to dedicated iPhone® and Android™ apps.

The award-winning Global Challenge mobile apps are available on iPhone and Android™ devices that meet the following requirements
