How do I set my alarm?

There are two ways to set an alarm: 

 a) Once you complete your Sleep Questionnaire, you will be prompted to set an alarm.

When you set your alarm, press ‘OK’ and ‘Submit’.

b)  - Log in to Virgin Pulse Global Challenge app

     - Click drop down menu on the left hand margin of the screen and select ‘Sleep’

     - On the top-left you will see a clock icon

     - Here you will be able to set or edit your alarm
